Close called the Lees and Byrker in Escrigge and Nayburne. Manor of Moreby with Moreby Hall and closes called the Parke, Twentie Acres, Bull Ridding, Fogge Close, Four Acres and Smithe Close (with herbage of the wood there); parcels adjacent to New Lane on E. side of the Parke, Gosse Crofte; a lane with Stayne Ridding and Osmond Ridding; a lane between Great Meadow and the Parke; and 19 1/2ac. in Great Inges, all in Moreby. Manor of Cawood with 35 messuages, 21 cottages, a windmill, 3 fishgarths in River Ouse, 126ac. land, 40ac. meadow, 100ac. pasture, 14d. rent, common of pasture in Cawood woods; two oaktrees and a buck and a doe yearly. Manor of Bolnewicke (Bonwick) with lands there and in Elvyngton, Gawnton, Eastheslerton, Newton in Whitby Strandes, Stillyngfleet, York, Wheldrake and Deighton: Died 21 Oct 1551. Grandson and heir William Acclam (son of son William) aged 20 years 3 months 16 days. Inquisition at York Castle (31 May 1552).
