Description:
Colour plans of the River Humber: Stallingborough Haven to Barton Haven dating from 1956-1966, surveyed by the Humber Conservancy Board. The plans give details of water depth, sand deposits, locations of buoys, towns along the banks, and the docks of Hull. Each contains details of entry to Grimsby Harbour and a diagram of buoyage and ships course. Some plans are painted with different shades reflecting water depth, the Cartography was done by R.J Hindmarsh. Transferred to Hull City Archives in November 2018 and now catalogued under the references C DPD/1/3/10/12/11-21.
