Mr Thomas Hall Sissons (1835-1920) joined the business aged 16 in 1851. He and his brother Mr David W. Sissons became partners in Sissons Brothers & Co in 1876. He was
President of Hull Chamber of Commerce 1906-7. He died at his home in Anlaby, near Hull, on 23 Dec 1920 aged 85
