- This picture is taken outside and shows 19 men with their instruments in uniform. Sissons Brothers Prize Silver Band was founded in 1908, under bandmasters Jas Hobson.and later C. E.Norman. Under C. E. Norman they competed in Lincoln in May and Crystal Palace in September of 1912
