Volume contains minutes of Committee meetings to establish Central Hull Hebrew Congregation Council with Mr G. Maks as president to 13 Jul 1924, and minutes of Central Hull Hebrew Congregation Council meetings, Mr S. Berkowitz as president from 13 Jul 1924 to 7 Dec 1924, Mr W. Miller chairman/president from 7 Dec 1924, held in Synagogue Chambers, Cogan Street. Business in this period heavily relates to administrative establishment of the synagogue, and controversy over keeping of accounts. Manuscript and signed.
