Hull Choral Union was founded in 1929 by a merger of the Hull Harmonic and Hull Vocal Societies. These 2 societies had been founded in the 19th century. The Hull Choral Union performs a repertoire from the great classical oratorios to contemporary works. It's membership is made up of mixed voices.
