U DDFA and U DDFA2 were originally deposited in the East Riding Record Office and were transferred to Hull University Archives by Nigel Forbes-Adam in 1974. U DDFA3 was deposited by Nigel Forbes-Adam on 13 October 1981, U DDFA4 on 30 July 1982, U DDFA5 in January 1990 and U DDFA6 on 24 September 1991.
