Description:
The Mayor and Burgesses and the Prior and Convent of the Charterhouse. Regarding (i) as to fealty owed by the Prior for certain lands and tenements in Trepet; (2) as to a street called Pole Street running from the moat of the town to the wall of the Mesandieu beside the Charterhouse, and (3) as to another street called North Pole Street lying between Hull Street and the River Hull; (4) as to a piece of void ground between Hull Street and the River Hull; (5) as to the liability of the town of Sculcoates, as parcel of the County of Hull, to pay tax to the King's Collectors of the said County; (6) as to a wall and fences of certain gardens of the Prior encroaching on a common highway running from the land of the convent on the North to the moat of the town on the South, and (7) as to an annual rent due from the Prior and Convent for certain lands and tenements of the Prior and Convent outside the North Gate of the town.
