RE: Reason to apprehend Van Wynguard, Alias Wosman. He may endeavour to quit the country on a vessel bound for the continent. See enclosed description to prevent his escape. Newspaper cutting: Lists stolen goods, individual has a green piece of silk over left eye, 28 years of age, pale face, fair complexion, full blue eyes, 5ft 5in, light brown hair, black coat, speaks French, Dutch, German and English with soft voice.
