RE: Mr De Montanny may attempt to quit the kingdom in a vessel from Hull. States to use every means to prevent the alien from leaving and commit him to prison if captures. Includes description of De Montanny: 5ft 7 in, very brown, black hair cut short, 1 front tooth decayed and a little broken, nail of the little finger broken, almost 35 years of age.
