- William Moorfoot, a poor boy of the age of ten and a half, placed by John Ringrose, churchwarden, and John Todd the younger and Richard Stephenson, overseers of the poor of Swanland, in the county of Kingston upon Hull, with the consent of John Carrick, mayor, and William Watson Bolton, two of HM Justices of the Peace of Hull, to claim the occupation of husbandman, to Anthony Atkinson, gentleman and burgess. Witnesses John Coverdale and Samuel Dales.
