Byelaw of the Mayor and Aldermen for levying fines on Aldermen for non-attendance at meetings and on persons refusing to serve as Mayor, Sheriff and other officers, and enacting that Aldermen were not to resign without consent. Confirmed by the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justices, also bearing the seal of the Corporation of Hull. Note that a paper copy is also present.
