- Order given by Mr Fanshow to establish a commission to enquire further into the state of the castle and blockhouses, to take an inventory of the munitions, ordinances, and implements therein, and to establish what have been the disbursements of the Mayor and Burgess in relation to the same, further order that the Bill brought by the plaintiff John Blagrave shall be enrolled in court, and further ordered that the defendants shall bring all accounts showing payments made in relation to the castle and blockhouses to cour, in a case brought by John Blagrave, gentleman, against Luke Thurscrosse, Mayor of Hull, and the Burgesses of Hull, relating to the maintenance of the Castle and Blockhouses
