Bill of Complaint brought by John Bagshawe against Joseph Ellis, Robert Mason, William Peirson, Samuell Boulton, John Beares, Thomas Bessey, William Robinson, James Walker, inhabitants of Hull and officers of the Woolhouse, for distress of lead seized for non-payment of workhouse dues. Note that the case was heard at the York Assizes in March 1682.
