Copy of an order discharging certain late mayors of Hull from writs against them for not producing accounts etc for inspection, relates to a case brought in 1682 by the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull against Michael Beilby, Richard Taylor of Newhill, merchant, and Richard Taylor of Waldingwell, merchant, concerning the evasion of woolhouse dues.
