Copy of a notice sent by Edward Codd, solictor for the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull, to Reverend Barnard Foord and Reverend Francis Lundy, JPs for the East Riding of Yorkshire, informing them that the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull intend to apply for a writ to move an order made at Quarter Sessions to the King's Bench, in a case brought by the Mayor and Aldermen of Hull against the Parish of Sculcoates on the basis that Hull is overcharged in the poor rate for waterworks
