Account of tradesmen's bills for costs incurred by Mr Lightly that should not be included in the case as assessed by the surveyor, relates to cases brought by Matthew Smith and also by John Lightly against Christopher Bolton and Richard Moxon for compensation for the destruction of property in the parish of Holy Trinity during a riot against the press gangs on 24 May 1815 and 31 July 1815
