Copy of an order made in a case brought by the motion of Mr Sergeant Savile and the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull against Robert Brooke, Thomas Mosley, John Lasonby, John Jayne, William Scott and William Wilkinson, merchants, for non payment of port dues. Order that the defendants cease to prosecute against Edward Dalton at common law until their answers to this suit have been heard and determined.
