Depositions Book relating to a case brought by the Attorney General against the Mayor and Burgess of Hull concerning the maintenance of the castle and blockhouses at Hull given to the custody of the Mayor and Burgesses by Edward VI in 1552. Includes a summary of the case in Latin, certificate of the commissioners appointed to survey the evidence, inventory of ordnance etc in the castle and blockhouses, interrogatories to be put to witnesses for the plaintiff, depositions given by witnesses for the plaintiff.
