Agreement of the County to contribute towards work on the town ditch, delivered to the examining Commission on 29 May 1640, used as evidence in a case heard in the Council of the North brought by Robert Legard of Anlaby against the Mayor and Burgess of Hull concerning the liability of the county to be rated towards the cleansing of the town ditches, and repair work towards drawbridges etc.
