Copy of a warrant requiring inhabitants of the town and county of Hull to pay their share of the rate assessment, issued by the Commissioners appointed in a case heard in the Council of the North brought by Robert Legard of Anlaby against the Mayor and Burgess of Hull concerning the liability of the county to be rated towards the cleansing of the town ditches, and repair work towards drawbridges etc.
