2. The Mayor, Aldermen and Inhabitants of Kingston upon Hulle;

Agreement by which the Mayor and Aldermen undertake to secure that the King's customers, controllers and searchers in the town take sureties of the English ships in the town, that the mariners will keep the King's peace on the seas against all the King's subjects and the subjects of his allies, and all others having the King's safe conduct, and to arrest all robbers or spoilers in the sea if they should come to the town.
