Offence: 1st count for unlawfully pretending to one Richard James Leek that he was a print merchant carrying on business in Hull at a warehouse 7 Princes Dock Side which he then pointed out to the said R.J.Leek by means whereof he unlawfully obtained 10s with intent to defraud. 2nd count, obtained credit [10s] by means of fraud
