Prisoner: John Borrill

Offence: That he being a person subject to the supervision of the police within the meaning of the Prevention of Crimes Act 1871 at large in Great Britain and being a person to whom Section 8 of the Act aforesaid as amended by the Penal Servitude Act 1891 did then apply unlawfully did fail to notify the police of his residence in the Police District of the City and County of Kingston Upon Hull to the Chief Officer of Police in which the residence was then situated.
