Offence: 1st count on the 3 Sep 1900 feloniously breaking and entering the shop of Morris Magner and others his partners and stealing therein 4 verge watches, 6 Geneva watches, 144 plated rings, 6 lockets, 10 seals and 18 plated Alberts of the goods of the said Morris Magner and others his partners.
