Parties: (ia) Samuel Briggs and b) J. M. Derham both of hull, ironmasters and copartners

(iia) T.S. Derham of Leeds, flax spinner

b) John Richardson of Newcastle upon Tyne, accountant, promoter of a company to be called the Hull Forge Co. Ltd

(i) To sell their business premises to the Hull Forge Company when it is established

Consideration: £7500 to be paid to (iia) thus: 410 shares in the Company (£2050) to be credited

770 shares in the Company (£3850) to be credited

£800 raised from share subscriptions to be paid

£800 and 5 percent interest to be paid on 1 Mar 1866
