Agreements a) that the agreement held at C DBR/17 shall be void

b) that (i) will sell their business premises to (iii) subject to the mortgage held at C DBR/16

Consideration: £9771. 5s. 9d. to be paid as follows:-

2 bills of exchange for £800 each already paid to (ii)

£3751. 5s. 9d. to be allocated for the repayment of a mortgage to the Yorkshire Banking Company

£4420 to be paid to (ii) on completion in the form of 880 shares in the company
