- This letter is sent from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where Ray Blaylock was Managing Director of Sissons Paints (East). During this time the company was run by the DM Group. Enclosed is a photocopy of the members of the Board of Directors. By 1985 30% of Sissons Paints (East) was owned by the Malaysian Armed Forces Board. Mr Blaylock names the people in the photograph and their roles. He also mentions including other photographs with this to show their latest building and equipment for the bulk production of gloss and emulsion paints. The whereabouts of these photographs is unknown however
