- This article announces that Sissons Brothers & Co., Ltd., have recently erected new varnish works at their premises in Hull and that they can, as a consequence, multiply their output of varnish 10 fold. Head of these new works is Mr. J. A. Dew whose life was spent in the study of advanced varnish making, both in England and America.
