Letter to George Tennyson from William & Anthony Thorpe. Although legal shorthand has been used it is clear that this is a legal bill from William & Anthony Thorpe concerning the purchase of Mr. Tennyson's Estate by Mr. Harrison. This is an interesting insight into legal proceedings and the length of time and amount of horse travel involved. It commences in May 1778 and concludes in Mar 1780.
