Naley, the Secretary of the Jewish Voluntary Schools Association, to Mrs Jacobs requesting that she send a copy of the last annual report of the Hull Hebrew Girls School, and also requesting an explanation as to why the Board of Education Grant for the school has fallen though average attendance and salaries have risen since 1899. Note that there is also a page of manuscript notes relating to the amount of annual grant received by the school [written by Mrs Jacobs?].
