Rosen as Secretary, held at 17 Arlington Street, and stating the objectives as being 'to help all Hebrew Transmigrants coming through this city and to assist them on their way and supervise the Kashrus', 30 Dec 1923; Discussion of a debt 'for which Mr Butnick Junr was sued on account of the old society', 8 Mar 1924; Appointment of subcommittee consisting of Rabbi Miller, Mr Bloom, Mr Miller, Mr Levi, Mr Hart, and the secretary to 'discuss ways and means of obtaining powers of the shipping co.', 4 Jan 1925.
