Constitution and Rules of the Hull Young Zionist Institute stating that members are to consist of both sexes aged 16 and upwards, objects to be 'furtherance of the Zionist movement and the promotion of social welfare amongst its members', officers to be one honorary president, any number of honorary vice-presidents, one president, two vice-presidents (one of each sex), one general secretary, one treasurer and financial secretary, committee of ten, one accredited honorary auditor to be selected by committee, AGM to be held April, session year to run 1 April to 31 March, elections to be by ballot at AGM, membership applications to be decided by committee, entrance fee of 1 shilling to be paid by all members, and weekly subscription of 6 pence to be paid in addition, committee power to declare membership lapsed if subscription is 4 weeks in arrears, complaints against members to be made in writing to committee, amendments to be submitted to general secretary for consideration by committee, no gambling, betting, or card games to be permitted on Institute premises. Note that later signed and dated amendments have been added to original document, including replacement of 'Institute' with 'Association' on 31 May 1925, committee amended to 4 members 15 November 1925, manuscript.
