Volume contains minutes of Council monthly meetings, special meetings and AGMs, held in the lounge of the Synagogue Hall, Osborne Street, committee members attendance listed at front of volume for years 1964-1970, H.M. Bentley, president. Minutes in this period heavily concerned with question of amalgamation of the three Hull congregations, plans for a youth and community centre, dispute amongst some members of the Council leading to threat of legal action, communal school management. Manuscript, signed.
