Bargain sale and demise of a messuage or tenement on the north side of Mytongate, Hull, with adjoining garth at back, being 16 foot and 10 inches by 14 yards and twelve inches, on which was lately built a slaughter house, with all heriditaments and appurtenances, for 3 years to secure £50. Property in question late part of lands of Thomas Robinson deceased, Butcher, father of Hanna, wife of Sidney Constable, now in occupation of Sidney Constable having been late settled to him by fine and deed, formerly in occupation of Jervaise Wood, Butcher.
Consideration: 1 shilling before 1 year from this date, and 1 pepper corn on 24 Jun 1685.
