Conveyance of mansion house, messuages, farms, lands, tenements and other hereditaments upon trust for use by J.R. Pease and his heirs during his lifetime, and at his decease the said Harriet Walker to receive £1200 yearly during her natural life as her jointure and in lieu of dower.
