Assignment of mortgage dated 3 Jun 1828-4 Jun 1828 of a messuage or dwelling house with large yard or ground behind same on south side of Robinson Row, late in occupation of William John Pinn now of Samuel Symonds, and also two messuages or dwelling houses adjoining the said yard in Fish Street Court late in several occupations of Thomas Morrod, James Dunning, James Howard and Thomas Gleadow, and now of Thomas Merrod, James Dunning and others, and also all buildings erected thereon by Solomon Meyer, George Alexander, Elias Hart and Isaiah Levy, for securing £300 and interest.
