2. Mr George Alexander and Mr Bethel Jacobs on behalf of themselves and the trustees of the Jewish Synagogue and schools at Hull

Articles of agreement concerning the rebuilding of the synagogue and school buildings in which Alexander and Jacobs agree to pay £7 and 10 shillings for license to build according to plans prepared by Mr William Day Keyworth and submitted to architect and agent of North to ensure that loss of light to North's property will not be incurred as a result of the new buildings.
