Demise, grant, bargain, and sale of a messuage or tenement on the north side of Mytongate, Hull, with adjoining garth at back, being 16 foot and 10 inches by 14 yards and twelve inches, on which was lately built a slaughter house, with all heriditaments and appurtenances, late the lands of Sidney Constable and his wife Hannah, daughter and heir of Thomas Robinson, butcher, deceased, granted and conveyed to Bernard Scott and now in occupation of John Clay, butcher, along with reversion and inheritance associated with said property.
