- Certificate commemorating resolution passed 1 Dec 1895 of the Committee of Management of the Hull Old Hebrew Congregation to extend 'the best thanks of this Congregation' to Mr Councillor H. Feldman, for his efforts as Treasurer and President of the Synagogue upon his relinquishing the offices on being elected Town Councillor for Queens Ward. Names M. Shapiro as President, S. Liberman as Treasurer, D. Moss as Secretary. Certificate is decorated with illuminated letters in guilt, blue and red ink, and is bordered with crests of various local corporations, associations and organisations including Hull Corporation.
