5 Jul 1954-12 Dec 1954 Extracted minutes from meetings regarding Rev. Davies salary;

22 Nov 1964 Minutes of a joint meeting of Rabbi Dr Cooper, Rev. Freedberg, Rev. Davies, and Mr Westerman with the executive and council of the Hull Western Synagogue to discuss synagogue services;

c.1980s Memorandum of an agreement that the Hull Old Hebrew Congregation, Hull Western Synagogue and Parkfield Organisation should amalgamate to for the Hull Hebrew Congregation;

20 Jan 1988 Minutes of a joint meeting of delegates from Hull Old Hebrew Congregation, Hull Western Synagogue and the Executive of the Jewish Representative Council regarding the future of the Hull Jewish Community;

3 Oct 1991 Memorandum of a meeting of a joint meeting of the executives of the Hull Old Hebrew Congregation and Hull Western Synagogue at which it was agreed that an amalgamation of the two congregations and the Parkfield centre as the Hull United Hebrew Congregation should be affected from 1 Mar 1992;

17 Dec 1991 Ammended memorandum of a meeting of Hull Western Synagogue executive and council at which it was unanimously agreed to the amalgamation of the Hull Old Hebrew Congregation, Hull Western Synagogue and Parkfield Organisation.
