- Transcript of an article appearing in an unknown publication and relating to the consecration of a stained glass window at the Western Synagogue, Linnaeus Street. Window gifted to the synagogue by Mrs S. Halbeck (Albeck) and designed by Miss Patricia Halbeck (Albeck) in memory of their husband and father Mr M. Halbeck (Albeck). Service of consecration conducted by Rabbi C.J. Cooper assisted by Rev J. Friedberg and Rev H. Davies, and followed by a Kiddush in the Lewenstein Hall (Please note that the name Halbeck may have been transcribed wrongly from the original which is thought to be Albeck)
