Subseries contains annual reports and balance sheets of Hull Western Congregation. Usually includes: List of officers of the synagogue; Annual report of the executive and council; Annual reports of various subcommittees and boards including the Ladies Committee; Statement of members' accounts; Income and expenditure accounts for the synagogue and its subcommittees including the Burial Board or Chevra Kadisha; Balance sheet; 'In Memoriam' list relating to departed members of the synagogue.

Note that prior to 1959 the financial year appears to have run from 1 March to 28 Feb. From 1959 the financial year was altered to end on the 31 December. Note also that whilst this series is largely complete from 1946 Annual Reports and Balance Sheets for the following years are missing: 1947; 1957.
