Plaintiff declares that he leased 300 acres and 6 cottages in Hedon, Preston and Brantingham from Henry Lee for 7 years, but was ejected by the defendants, to the damage of £40. Defendants argue that Thomas Peacock's will, leaving property to Henry Lee was obtained falsely and therefore invalid
