An agreement between William Kilching Waddingham of Field House, South Ferriby, and the Buoyage and Beaconage Committee of Hull Trinity House to permit the latter to erect a beacon on land near South Ferriby.
It includes an attached note produced by the Humber Conservancy Board, dated 6 June 1916, on the subsequent history of the beacon.
