The volume contains a record of daily weather observations taken by the Conservator for the Humber. Three observations are made for each day at 9am, 12pm, and 3pm. For each entry the following information is provided: wind direction and force, barometer reading, weather observation, temperature (dry and wet), sea temperature (once per day), cloud cover, and tidal information.
