The folder contains six bundles of arrival sheets kept by the Humber Conservancy Board, which record the arrival of vessels into the Port of Goole. The forms make provision for recording the following information:

1. Date of arrival

2. Receipt number (recorded in red for foreign vessels and blue for coastwise vessels)

3. Name of vessel

4. Nationality of the vessel

5. Port of departure

6. Net Register of Tonnage

7. Deck cargo (when applicable)

8. Description of cargo or ballast
