The folder consists of documentation and statistics compiled by the Humber Conservancy Board in order to make its case against the Humber Bridge Bill. It contains sixteen booklets with the following titles:

11. Statement of London barges and other sailing vessels which passed site of proposed bridge under 1931.

12. Statement giving particulars regarding: R. G. Anderson, A. E. Waterhouse, S. Rainforth, J. W. Osburn, and H. W. Ayre | Also statement shewing number of ships piloted over site of bridge during 1930.
