The folder contains three charts (Drawing Nos. 1–3), which accompany a report by Sir William Matthews KCMG, Anthony G. Lyster, and Sir John P. Griffith dated 17 June 1913. They all show the Humber Estuary from Skitter Haven to the confluence of the rivers Ouse and Trent, but contain different annotations (in red) as follows:

Drawing No. 1: Annotated to show training walls proposed by the Conservator for the Humber [Captain T. H. Heming] and the Engineer to the Humber Conservancy [Arthur Ernest Butterfield] Board in their report dated 19 September 1911.

Drawing No. 2: No annotations.

Drawing No. 3: Annotated to show training walls proposed in the joint report.
