This includes a schedule of spares, in conjunction with a schedule of defects outlining the condition of the Barge when it was taken over on charter by Conservancy from its owner the North Eastern Railway, Newcastle on 3 Feb 1920. It also includes a report on an Inspection of the Barge on 30 May 1920 carried out subsequent to the loading of the Barge with chalk at Ferriby.
